The standard pricing module allows you to manage all selling prices across your estate with ease. Administer single or multiple pricing strategies, control which sites are assigned to specific price matrices, apply banding structures, and even configure off band pricing for special site prices.

Additional Information

Standard pricing has the following sections:

• The Price Matrix - this is where all the prices are stored, typically most organisations work with just one matrix but you can have multiple if you organisation needs them

• Sales Area Banding - this is where a site → sales area → and sub category are all assigned to a price band, this will tell the system where to get its prices from

• Supplement Banding - this is similar to sales area banding but enables products that are contained within a choice to have different pricing compared to if you sold them outside of a choice

• Off Band Pricing - normally all prices are obtained from the price matrix in their given band, sometimes specific locations need to have a slightly different price for some products, using off band pricing enables prices to be set without changing all of the banding settings

• Site Matrix - the site matrix is the link between the site and the price matrix, if you have multiple locations and matrices then they need to be linked correctly to obtain their prices (in conjunction with banding)

An additional configuration can be assigned to a sub category to enable pricing at the site or site master level. Prices are managed within Theme Modelling → Site Products and can be updated as required.
